October Round-Up
Monthly recap
Welcome to our monthly feature where we recap the past four weeks!
In October, we explored several thought-provoking topics:
- We looked at historical data on mortality to complement previous month's discussion of life history theory.
- We discussed how romantic choices are influenced by political views.
- Nobel week passed and we joined discussions on nature of this most prestigious award.
- We launched a new topic covering influence of various biological factors on human history. Future posts will be collected with corresponding tag.
You can vote for the most interesting post of the month here - it would help us to choose topics for future posts.
Our Library section has been expanded to included new link to Human Mortality Database - the world's leading scientific data resource on mortality in developed countries.
We need your support! If you enjoy our posts, please share them with your friends and colleagues. The more people who join us, the more we can grow the project and bring you exciting new content.
